Sorry to speak in English, but I just arrived in France and I didn't yet fully master the language

I ordered a Freebox for my new flat, I received it pretty fast and the "Mon abbonment" page says that my line is "active".
However when I plug the freebox, it stucks on "Etape 2" looking for the adsl signal.
Using the chat (and google translate) I manage to open an "incident ticket", but they tested their equipments and say thay are ok and they will recontact me for a rende-voiz.
However I didn't hear anything new from them in the last few days, and I can't contact them back as there is a ticket open so everything I can got is from a machine "You already have an open ticket, you will be recontacted".
But how long does it takes to be recontacted here in France?
Could be the reason of the problem the fact that in my flat there is also a optical line but they sent me a console for the ADSL line (and, consequently, I have plugged the Freebox to the ADSL line) ? They claim that according to their data on my flat there is only a telephone/ADSL line while I actually have also an optical line (but I know nothing about which operator is the "owner" of the optical line).
