Hello everyone,

since 1 month i'm facing continuous disconnections. I'm in degroupage totale, and until now I had not serious problems.

I called the hotline, which results only in a waste of money for the moment, as nothing changed.

Once the signal is lost, the leds start going around and around, without passing through 8888; then, sometimes, it recovers the signal, and for some other short period it works again.

I tried with reboot and hard-reboot, without any effective result.

What can I do ?

I believe I am in the same situation as you.
I'm not living in my apartment these days but my room mate who lives there reports me what I think is the same issue; that is, regular loss of synchronisation, modem reboot, etc.
We are also connected to MUT38, but the DSLAM is 6, not 4.

I'll know more when I'm in the apartment myself, which should be around next monday.
I'll investigate and tweak the settings then I'll let you know if the situation's any better.


ps: you're better off posting at www.aduf.org, there are employees of FREE on their forums so they might aswell notice your/our message and report them to the administration...
