I apologize to all but I am just arrived in France and I don't speak French yet.
So I have , apparently, the famous problem of "Bloquèè etape 4" with my Freebox.
I tried to contact the assitance number, 3244, but because I don't understand French

, I didn't understand a lot.
I entered in the section of the reports of malfunction of freebox and I inserted my Identifiant and Code de access, but then I didn't understand what the recorded voice said.
So, I want to ask you If i can consider my ticket opened.
