Bonjour,
"As per your reply it seems that it is just an information and not an action for issue resolution.
So we require action steps taken towards issue resolution which would help us to investigate this issue further.
It also looks like that this IP 212.27.42.1 has been added again in blocked list due to excessive spam contents
As background information, when a sender sends email through an Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), our service receives the email from the IP addresses of the ISP rather than directly from the sender's IP.
In that situation, deliverability of the email is directly affected by the reputation of the ISP's IPs. The email you sent came to us through the IP 212.27.42.1 which belongs to your ISP.
At this time, the IP 212.27.42.1 shows irregular sending patterns to our service and is not eligible for mitigation.
Please contact your ISP and work with them to address your mail deliverability concerns
Anti-Spam Team has requested the following information in order to continue their analysis:
1) What caused the spam-like activity from the IP address
2) What steps have been taken to prevent the spam-like activity from occurring again?
Please respond to this email with the information and any questions or concerns you may have.
Thank you again for contacting Microsoft Online Services technical support and giving us the opportunity to serve you.
Sincerely,
