Hello, I am writing to request your kind help. I am sorry that I cannot speak French language.
I would like to cancel my Freebox internet subscription at home. But I am unable to do so as I don't have Freebox line to reach 3244. I contacted Free.fr on Whatsapp and Twitter. But there was no help offered at all. They keep pointing me to call 3244.
What do I do? Request your help/advice.
