Hello, I am writing to request your kind help. I am sorry that I cannot speak French language.

I would like to cancel my Freebox internet subscription at home. But I am unable to do so as I don't have Freebox line to reach 3244. I contacted Free.fr on Whatsapp and Twitter. But there was no help offered at all. They keep pointing me to call 3244.

What do I do? Request your help/advice.

Hello,
All Free subscriptions have a landline, but many don't care.

You just have to connect an phone to the freebox and call 3244.

Unfortunately, I don't have landline phone equipment and Freebox is disconnected.

I just cannot understand why Free has made it extremely hard to cancel their subscription from any other means.

When did you subscribed?
To cancel, you must send an AR letter (aka registered or recorded delivery)

Many thanks! I subscribed to it in 2019 and still end up paying every month's subscription fees even when not using it at all.

Who do I send the AR letter to?
