Looks like vau06-3 in Antibes is down since this morning.  However, this morning the Free hotline told us that no problem is known, and told us do various steps to resolve the problem at home.  But, the problem is most probably at the DSLAM vau06-3.  Now, the Free hotline is no longer reachable (too many calls...).

I am connected at:
DSLAM vau06-3 ligne 1 / 1 / 8 (3)

A friend is connected at:
vau06-3 ligne 2 / 1 / 9 (3)

We both have the same problem since this morning.

However, no incident has been reported (that could be seen from Free's Webpage).

Do others have the same problem?  Does somebody know whether Free is working on the problem?

Regards,
- Jakob

Update: it seems to start working now.

[Still I am angry on the Free hotline, where the guy handling the call did everything to convince me that this is my fault and not Free's, which it was.]

En français : je confirme, chenillard lent ce matin, tout remarche à nouveau en rentrant du taff.
In english : confirmed. No connection this morning, but everything seems to be working again after coming back from work.

Btw you would have been better advised to open your topic in french, free is .fr, not .co.uk ;)

Ya, you need to start you call with a few explanations bringing evidence of your IT knowledge to avoid time-consuming discussion and be pissed off in the end.

Je commence toujours par un laïus d'introduction sur mes compétences, tests et recherches que j'ai fait au préalable... histoire d'éviter d'être pris pour un con.  Ca fait gagner du temps.... a défaut d'autre chose.
